ten year vision

Casting a vision can only be of God. If it is of man the vision will fail. Over 55 years ago a group of people set out on a journey to fulfill a vision that God gave to them. They purchased land, stated building a building, bought more land, built more facilities and grew. Today we are part of that legacy. And over the next 10 years we will take up the standard of building that our forefathers began over 50 years ago. We call this the Building Without Debt building program.

The Building Without Debt building program organizes the building phases over 10 years. By doing this the Building Without Debt program promotes growth of building, attendance, relationships, and discipleship.

The Building Without Debt building program is based upon both contract and volunteer labor.

The Building Without Debt building program divides the program into 9 phases.

The Building Without Debt building program utilizes available monies and buildings allowing the growth of the Building Without Debt fund to increase in preparation for the biggest phase.

Each phase is spelt out with estimated cost and time proposal.

The Building Without Debt fund is not based on future predictions of tithing and member growth. All numbers are based upon 2006 tithing numbers.

The Building Without Debt phases can and should be rearranged to what better fits the churches needs as the program continues.
